From Parsonsfield’s live score performance of ‘Nanook of The North’ at the FreshGrass Festival
Starting a business from the ground up wasn’t easy- but it was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I learned by doing how to run a music business. In the seven years that I was on the road with Parsonsfield we released 4 records on Signature Sounds, signed to the Paradigm Agency and collaborated on some unique musical performances.
Our single, ‘Weeds or Wildflowers’ was featured on Episode 612 of The Walking Dead- pretty cool to be in a cartoon by some fan art.
We wrote an original score and performed in a new play called The Heart of Robin Hood. The play had its US premier at the American Repertory Theater in Boston and went on for a 6 month run in Winnipeg and Toronto, Canada. I worked along actors like Euan Morton (Hamilton), Christian Lloyd (American Gods) and Jeremy Crawford (The Witcher).
